really - used to say what is actually the fact
or the truth about sth.
用来表示某件事的真实或事实情况。（语气一般）
例如：What do you really think about it?
“你对这事的真实想法是什么？”
truly - used to emphasize that a particular statement, feeling etc.
用来强调、着重某件特定情况或感觉。（强调）
例如：I'm truly sorry that things had to end like this.
我真地（强调）非常抱歉事情的结局是这个样子的。
